What’s your return policy?

We accept returns within 90 days of your order being delivered — but please note that returns are not free.

If you'd like to return an item, you'll need to ship it back to our warehouse at your own cost. Just reach out to our customer support team at hello@selfcareshop.net, and they’ll provide you with all the return details, including where to send your item and how to proceed.

How does shipping and delivery work at TinyExplorings?

We aim to ship all orders within 72 hours. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.

We primarily ship with USPS within the United States. For international orders, USPS handles the initial transit, and then your package is delivered by a local courier in your country.

Please note, if you’ve ordered multiple items, they may ship separately from different locations depending on stock availability — this helps us get your full order to you as quickly as possible.

Once your order is packed and ready to go, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your TinyExplorings every step of the way.

You can also track your order directly by visiting our Tracking Page — just enter your order number and email to get real-time updates.

Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared before it ships.

If you’ve just placed your order (within the last 90 minutes), there’s a small window where we may be able to update your delivery address, email, or other personal details.

If it’s been more than 90 minutes since you placed your order, we’ll still do our best to help — just keep in mind that our fulfillment center works fast, and changes may not always be possible.

While most orders are delivered within 14 days, sometimes delays can occur due to high demand, customs processing, or local courier issues. If your tracking link shows a “delayed” status, it means your package is still on its way but taking a little longer than usual.

If it’s been more than 20 days since your order was shipped and it still hasn’t arrived, please contact us at hello@selfcareshop.net Our team will open an investigation with the courier and assist you every step of the way.
